The Park has 95 miles of trails for hikers, bicyclists, runners and walkers to enjoy! A portion of the Western States/Pioneer Express Trail is within the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. A popular mountain bike path is the Darrington Trail, located on the south fork arm of Folsom Lake, near the Salmon Falls area.
